The series, ‘When the Stars Gossip’, revolves around Gong Ryong, portrayed by Lee Min-ho, an obstetrician who becomes a spy that is sent to a space station. He meets a talented space scientist named Eve Kim, who is played by Kong Hyo-jin, and like her name implies she is tough and disciplined. Situations take place in space during their work and career, but they find love and passion inside the space environment.

This implies skillful portrayal of the choice between fascination for duty and the courage to follow own heart, as well as the beauty of finding love in an unexpected place. The mood of the show is comical at times and dramatic at others making it very engaging yet realistic.

Lee Min-ho and Kong Hyo-jin do an excellent job of portraying the protagonists with vigor and vigor. There’s good interaction between the characters, which makes the romantic aspect of the series feel even more alive. Other characters and particularly Oh Jung-se’s one contribute to the plot and add comedy elements to the series.|Based on the given financing, the director Park Shin-woo has adapted the visual and emotional aspects of the series highlighting the tight and coherent pacing. His direction makes it possible for main scenes to achieve a kind of milking [optimally ‘milking’ implies effective, intense stage managing] that is intense and effective.

The music score aligns with the theme of romance as well as the comedic aspect of the movie. Striking visuals include the film using music to raise the tone of scenes and add the character of feeling to viewing.

These are aspects of cinematography where scenes of space and the vastness of it is accompanied by character-focused scenes. Each scene truly speaks to the heavy thought put into cinematography that enriches the narrative with aesthetics.

The settings of the space station in the future are extraordinarily depicted and cohesively integrated into the movie’s sci-fi genre. The work done on the set to create the environment also makes the series believable.

The special effects used bear reaction to the environments without forming a barrier to the characters. While effects are employed to great measure they are not overused and in their usage the series is well served.

The flow is tight and smooth a concept whose vivid illustration is found well from start to the end of the series. Less jarring shifts and well-organized episodes make the series to be more coherent.

The series has a fast pace at the same time it has time for character build up and advancement of plot. It does so while never speeding through the necessary scenes just to get to the interesting ones.

The script is smart and cheesy at the same time and puts back the romantic and comedic elements of the series appropriately. The dialogues are good and there are some proper lines which echoes in the viewer’s ears even after the scenes are over.

However, in this respect, some will find the romantic garden bow-pitch cliché slow. That aside, the feeling between the main characters and an interesting plot are great and can be considered a small drawback in an otherwise perky series. It’s still a movie about love & adventure which gives its audience a nice cheerful story with some philosophical undertones regarding relations between people.
