Bandidos describes the under water adventure of two clever and cunning viva-nashinalists Miguel and Lilí pulled into the risky business of Mexico’s Atlantic seaboard hunt for treasures. :=The unpredictable relationships and the unforeseen action of switching sides takes place and they join a band of robbers. The tension intensifies when they learn that other people have the same goal – to find the treasure of the legendary Snake King. It is more hilarious, and at the same time tense and very cynical because it presents situations that are not far from the real world of the actors. What makes the show stand out even more is the inclusive environment in the Maya Riviera and the feel of mystery that still remains.

Also starring Alfonso Dosal and Ester Expósito, the major characters are full of charm as participants of this rather non-traditional team. Altogether their performances are brilliant as they contributed to the vibrant presentation of the twisted profiles of cute and silly imperfection. All the actors portray their characters’ intricacies in the web of interconnecting motives and loyalties successfully.

Visuals in the series are impressive, Adrian Grunberg and Javier Ruiz Caldera successfully combine intense drama with the action scenes. Their efficient and well-coordinated navigation of the show separates character development from action, which contributes both to the creation of quite an inspiring and adrenaline-pushing pace of the series.

Enhancing the overall perception of Bandidos is the music perfectly in tune with the tension and moody location. It adds a certain flair of Latin excitement to the movie and to the treasure hunt and the build of the climactic face offs.

It also shooting the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Mayan Riviera. Good utilization of underwater scenes adds an adventurous vibe to the series, improved action sequences through different camera angles provide the audience with the experience of the characters’ dangerous voyage.

The designs in the series are inspired with the aspects of Spanish galleon and contains historical appeal of the sunken ship’s remains. Expert dress and scenery also make sense of the plot, giving the audience a sweet anchor within the show’s reality .

Relating effects are smoothly incorporated into the show, specific to scenes shot at sea and scenes involving fighting. The main goal of the visual effects team is achieved, as Bandidos bright and dangerous occupies the overall tone of the series, adds to the exciting search for the treasure hunt.

The work with editing is also excellent – the tempo is sustained and clear. Setting transitions from one scene to another seamlessly so that the audience’s attention is being captured when followed through the complicated plot that this movie has. Still, the series keeps the tension running high while occasionally giving room for the characterization of the supporting characters.

Like any creative piece of work, the series maintains the level of pacing that is appropriate; the series does not delve too long into any one scene. This fast pacing fits the urgency of the characters’ mission, forcing the viewers to follow the dangerous path with them while never skimping on character development.

The lines in Bandidos are well-written: they precisely reflect the personalities and goals of the characters. The dialogue also serves to add depth to characters arcs and relationships while also moving the plot forward.

The same thing can be said about Bandidos where I experienced some predictability in terms of storytelling although it can be expected for a work that belongs to the heist subgenre. However, minor narrative clichés are clearly visible, yet the series is compensated for by impressive character development and the overall atmosphere. In a way it recreates an exciting treasure hunt for its viewers thanks to the choice of actors and the storyline. It is clearly quite predictable at times but it is one of the most visually satisfying shows out there as well as emotionally engaging, giving its audience a rather interesting watch from the view point of friendship and treason.
