In Venom: The Last Dance, Eddie Brock, and his extraterrestrial symbiote partner, Venom discover themselves facing monumental decisions and having an encounter with hostile alien behemoths and military, those attracted to the duo’s ‘tenderness.’ As the chaos of their surroundings defines their lives, the show runners build the climax of the series’ protagonists’ path.

There are many themes in the movie and these include sacrifice, identity and redemption. Thus, while the movie hosts sometimes saccharine sentiments right on the border with the action genre, the narration maintains the audience’s interest as well as engages them emotionally in Eddie and Venom’s story.

The lead actor Tom Hardy is outstanding again, combining comedy and drama, creating the view on Eddie’s struggles and the personality change of Venom. Backing vocal from Ejiofor and Temple only adds to the movie’s dramatic impact and staffing of a unique storyline.

As seen with ‘Eddie And Venom’ saga, Kelly Marcel has done a great job to present the right balance of action and more importantly those moments of contemplation that can make the listeners feel the deep changes in the characters.

Thus, it accompanies the film’s versatile whites and blacks and other shades in between to capture the main character’s triumphs and lows through music rhythm.

‘The action scenes represents a sort of frenzied energy that the cinematography enhances with the vigor of rotating motion whilst the moments of human connections are portrayed with fine tuned calmness through natural lighting on the actors’ faces.’

Production design of the movie gives a realistic but believable look to the different environments presented in the film, from realistic city landscapes to darker forests, which adds to the movie ambiance.

‘Special effects are used in a good manner, making the alien part appear exciting while as well enhancing the plot by complimenting the appearance of the alien’s without leading to overdoing it’.

Pacing is tight, which keeps the action scenes engaging while also never sacrificing clarity for adrenaline, and which also gives more contemplative sequences room to properly land.

I thought the tempo is well thought out with insisting action scenes accompanied by soft-hearted moments, which leave a perfect harmony of pace throughout the entire movie.

Dialog is deliberately placed in same witty manner as the movie and has an understated seriousness. It has to be noted that dialogue between Eddie and Venom is especially rich and can expose their bond to the viewer.

‘Still this must be one entertaining film , some of the twists and turns could be seen as rushed and therefore not enough time is allocated to fully develop all of the story arcs. Though, being a mainstream Bollywood film, the movie’s physicality never wavers and remains solid.

Venom: Through a blend of action and the portrayal of relationships, The Last Dance paints a proper ending for the titular character into the viewers’ memory. Because of the aspect of identity or choice the movie is memorable and people will always remember Eddie and Venom.
