However, one must point to the fact that had its highly original for its time, and special effects looked impressive. The combination of live-action elements with a cartoon for the horse carousel sequence is one more aspect that still captivates the audience and is quite helpful for the magical experience of the film; That’s why the editing was good and working fine in the film. ‘Mary Poppins’ is not a fast-paced film which is great, because during the musical numbers and the transformation scenes, audiences are NEVER disengaged from this magical world. The so called musical numbers are skillfully inserted, so the flow of the storytelling is rocking and rolling.
